Medical Tourism Chat uses AWS Bedrock, a HIPAA-compliant AI service, to power our conversational assistance. All AI processing occurs within our secure AWS infrastructure and is covered by Amazon Web Services' Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not reflective of the latest medical guidance. You are responsible for evaluating any output before relying on it. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

We may tune or moderate AI interactions to promote a respectful, safe experience. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate acceptable use standards or engage in abusive behavior.

Medical Tourism Chat is built on a 100% AWS-native infrastructure designed to meet HIPAA security and privacy requirements. All data processing occurs within our secure AWS environment covered by a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

We do not use third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel) that could compromise your privacy. All analytics are conducted internally through AWS CloudWatch RUM, which is covered by our BAA.

Your privacy is our highest priority. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP). By using the Services, you consent to those practices.

To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. Account creation and authentication are managed through AWS Cognito, a HIPAA-compliant identity management service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must use a strong password and enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) if available. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a security risk to our platform or other users.

You may upload images, audio recordings, and other content to the Services for trip planning purposes. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to upload any content and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, infringes third-party rights, or is otherwise objectionable. We are not responsible for user-generated content and do not endorse any opinions expressed by users.

Medical Tourism Chat may participate in affiliate programs with travel booking platforms. When you use affiliate links within our Services and complete qualifying bookings, we may earn referral commissions without additional cost to you.

Affiliate links are provided for convenience and do not imply our endorsement of specific travel options. The Services, including all content, features, functionality, software, and design, are owned by Medical Tourism Chat and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, including AI-generated content.

We make no warranties regarding the quality, suitability, or availability of healthcare providers, travel services, or other third parties you may interact with through the Services.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEDICAL TOURISM CHAT AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR ACCESS TO THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Medical Tourism Chat, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising out of or in any way connected with:

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We may delete your account and all associated data in accordance with our data retention policies. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.

These Terms and any related dispute are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to the Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association, or through the courts of Canada if arbitration is not available.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits. Any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis only.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorized access to our systems.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Medical Tourism Chat.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by us on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Medical Tourism Chat regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.
